Senior Orangemen defeat Pacesetters to ensure a Ravens sweep in both divisions.

The Ravens first – division side crushed Pacesetters 74- 54 in Game Three of the fi – nals on Sunday night on the Burham court. That win capped their victory in the Georgetown Amateur Basketball Association ( GABA) finals to win the Open title in the Pepsi Playoff Street Series just a night after their third division side claimed the third division title ahead of Beepat Scorpions.
Ravens completed a 20- point blowout win against the former Georgetown number with a clutch performance in the fourth quarter.
After trailing by two entering the fourth quar ter, Ravens totally stifled Pacesetters on the defen sive end in the final period.
Remarkably, Ravens limited the Pacesetters to three points in the entire 10- minute quarter while they managed to score 25 points.
Even during the final sec onds, while Ravens players started celebrating and walking off the court, Pacesetter point guard Nailon Loncke blew an open unchallenged layup. Loncke ended the game with 10 points, while Travis Burnett added 13 and Royston Siland added nine.
Ravens’ leading scorer for the night Rodwell ‘ Kobe’ Fortune, was hit during the final seconds of the game while penetrating to the ring and took quite a few minutes before he got up and walked away; he had scored 14 points. Fortune had been cautioned by his teammates not to penetrate to the ring during the final seconds since the Pacesetters seemed to be taking out their offensive frustrations on the defensive end.
Shooting guard Ryan Stephney got his production up on the offensive high with 13 points while forward Ryan Gullen added 12 and crafty point guard Stephon Henry added 12 points.
