This week Guyana Times International features the work of our local designers who took part in the Guyana Fashion Weekend 2011. The designers are, Ryan Berkley, who copped this year’s most promising designer award; Marcie DeSantos, who won the same prize in 2008, Sazie Rahaman, who is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, and well-known model turned designer, Meleesa Payne.
