There will be added attractions such as a ‘Tea Shoppe’, face painting, and games for children. Hats will be judged in categories such as original, casual, comical and thematic.
The club is advising persons who would like to register their hats to do so before 2:00 pm. Gates open to the public from 2:30 pm. Tickets are $300 and available at the gardens’ entrance. There will also be a raffle with the grand prize, as is customary, of a beautifully decorated hat cake.
Funds raised will go towards the club’s numerous charity projects.
