The People’s Progressive Party (PPP) has signalled an intention to file a formal complaint with the Ethnic Relations Commission (ERC) against former Prime Minister Moses Nagamootoo over the provocative language used in a public statement issued on Tuesday by him. Fmr Deeds Registrar found guilty of G$4.5M fraud

Magistrate Leron Daly on Wednesday morning found Former Deeds Registrar Azeena Baksh guilty of fraudulently procuring over G$4.5 million while being employed by the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) between 2014 and 2017. Father jailed for 20 years for killing son after he tried to save mother from being abused

A father, who fatally stabbed his 21-year-old son after he tried to save his mother from being abused, was on Tuesday handed a 20-year sentence for the unlawful killing of the young man.
