The six Guyanese diplomats who served in foreign states that were fired by the David Granger-led Administration will not be reassigned posts at the Foreign Affairs Ministry and most likely have to seek other jobs. Biker dies in Berbice smash-up

A 28-year-old motorcyclist is now dead after he lost control of his motorcycle (CH 6868) while he was reportedly speeding and collided with another speeding motorcyclist in New Amsterdam, Berbice. Dead is Dean Grenville of Lot 60 Stanleytown, New Amsterdam, Berbice. The Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) has decided to embark on a field exercise to verify the over 20,000 names listed as new registrants who were captured during the now-scrapped House-to-House (H2H) Registration process.
