Wife, friend get death sentence for killing US-based Guyanese man

The wife and her friend who killed the woman’s husband were last Thursday handed the death penalty by Justice Sandil Kissoon in the Berbice Assizes. Moments after the sentence was passed, the wife fainted and had to be resuscitated while her friend seemed helpless on hearing her destiny.
