The People’s National Congress Reform (PNCR) Political Secretary, Sandra Adams, MS, passed away on Tuesday morning at the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPHC) following heart related complications. Adams, who hails from Linden, Region 10 (Upper Demerara-Berbice) served in various leading capacities over the years, including Deputy Director of Community Development Councils, and Regional Councillor and Region 10 Party Chairman among others.
