A woman was on Wednesday fined for attempting to smuggle cannabis to her brother who is in the lock ups at the Brickdam Police Station. Rachel McClair, 22, of Ruimveldt, Georgetown, pleaded guilty to the charge when she appeared before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan, at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts.
