Guyana could access Canadian Fund to boost local govt projects

Guyana is on the list of six countries in the Caribbean targeted by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) International for a project to bolster local economic development. The Haier Service Centre was officially opened on Friday, February 17, at Middle Street, Georgetown next to the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court. Heading the local office of the international company is Nyal Jodhan, Brian James and a small group of executives.
