Man accidentally shot dead as cousin cleared gun

BY BHISHAM MOHAMED A foreman attached to the La Bonne Intention (LBI) Sugar Estate died tragically after his cousin’s gun accidentally went off Sunday night, shooting him in his back and arm. The incident occurred about 23:15h in the vicinity of BM Soat Auto Sales located at Lusignan, East Coast Demerara as the men were travelling home. 116 Buxton youths graduate from skills training programme

One hundred and sixteen youth from Buxton, East Coast Demerara graduated on Tuesday after successfully completing skills training courses offered by the Home Affairs Ministry through its Community Action Component (CAC) of its Citizen Security Programme (CSP).
